βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ Bay Club Fremont is a fantastic place for fitness and recreation! The facility has a great atmosphere, quality amenities, and plenty of options for staying active. The staff are friendly and the environment is welcoming and motivating. A great choice for anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness and wellness experience!

Over time this club is getting worse. They have reduced staff supporting the operation while taken in more members than they can properly serve. Question is whether the price paid justify the service and amenities. The pool and classes are always crowded, they were power washing the pool deck while I was sitting in the pool deck chair today spraying dust on me. Their hours during weekend is short, why can't they maintain after hours everyday? I think staff here is good and accommodating, I thing the corporate is trying to squeeze in more out of members by reduced hours and crowding members. It's time to look for another club which can serve high paying customers a premium service.

I have been a member of Bay Club Fremont for a while now, and unfortunately the experience has continued to decline despite the high cost of membership. The biggest disappointment has been the removal of the locker room jacuzzis. They were one of the best amenities for recovery after workouts, and now the space is just empty with nothing replacing it. The basketball court situation is also frustrating. One court is frequently closed for badminton, even when no one is using it, and the remaining court is often reduced to a half court for private training while dozens of members are trying to play. For such an expensive gym, court space should be managed much better. Another major issue is that the air conditioning has been broken for at least the past month. The gym gets extremely hot, making workouts uncomfortable, and it's surprising that such a basic issue has gone unfixed for so long. Lastly, the reduced operating hours have been a big downgrade. Closing at 7 PM on weekends makes it difficult to fit in a workout if you have plans during the day. The hours were reduced during COVID but were never restored. Overall, Bay Club keeps charging premium membership prices while continuin

This gym has become unacceptable. The air conditioning has been broken for over two months, and it still hasnβt been repaired. With the number of people who use this facility every day, this is a serious health and safety concern, especially during the summer. In addition to the lack of air conditioning, the water fountains are frequently out of service, the bathrooms are unsanitary, and the overall cleanliness of the facility has noticeably declined. It feels like this location is simply a cash cow for Bay Clubβs corporate office. They continue to raise membership prices every year while neglecting maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. This location sees far more traffic than many of their other clubs, yet it receives far less attention. Many of the members at this location are from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and itβs deeply frustrating to see this club receive far less attention than locations like Pleasanton or Walnut Creek. Intentional at this point, the disparity in maintenance and investment is hard to ignore, and members at this location deserve the same safe, clean, and well-maintained facility as every other Bay Club member. Hours on weekend are too short, 7 pm close. Plenty of people still here so I argue itβs not based on usage, see photo at Sun 7pm. Price went up again this year and yet things like hand sanitizer stations were fully removed around gym. Please put them back. Also, equipment needs maintenance, treadmills out of service for many months. Replace them if parts are not available (they are old).
